The region’s leading hotel owners and investors will be making an impact both on and off the stage at the upcoming Hotel Industry Conference and Exhibition (AHICE) which returns to the Adelaide Oval on May 7-8, 2025.

AHICE will welcomes the big names behind hotels in Australia, New Zealand and international markets, including Schwartz Family Company, Salter Brothers, Gurner Group, Serene Capital, Ark Capital, CapitaLand Australia, Russell Group and more.

Hotel investment and development will be a top talking point over the two-day conference, with numerous Q&A and panel sessions unpacking market trends and movements.

Day 1, Wednesday May 7, will see the first of two panel sessions on the Asia-Pacific Investment Outlook.

Presented by TFE Hotels, this session will see leading investors discuss the segments, destinations, and brands that are fuelling growth.

Hosted by Michael Simpson, Managing Director – Hotels, Pacific, CBRE Hotels, panellists will include Dr Jerry Schwartz, Director, Schwartz Family Co; Julian Clark, Chief Executive Officer, Lancemore Group; Lucia Grambalova, Chief Investment Officer & Head of Asset Management, Hotel Capital Partners; Ross Pelligra, Chairman, Pelligra; and Ian Wilson, Director, Title Hospitality.

Day 2 will see a panel session on Investment: ‘The Money’, discussing expectations of capital flow, debt and hot segments in demand for 2025 and beyond.

The afternoon of Thursday May 8 will see the continuation of the Asia-Pacific Investment Outlook, hosted by Peter Harper, Managing Director – Head of Investment Sales Australasia, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.
