Residence on Langley Park, the former Hyatt Regency at 99 Adelaide Terrace in Perth, has unveiled newly renovated guest rooms, guest services, and an integrated precinct experience.
Positioning itself to cater to both long and short-stay travel needs, the property now offers a mix of traditional hotel rooms and apartment-style layouts, including standard king and queen rooms, studios, and expansive one- and two-bedroom options.
Select room types have enhanced design and functionality, including fully equipped kitchenettes, dedicated workspaces, and – in many cases – a washer/dryer.

Dining options include a daily buffet breakfast, fresh lunch options and a lobby bar. Residence on Langley Park says it has enhanced guest services with expedited check-ins and responsive on-call support.
“This is more than a makeover – it’s a full reintroduction,” said Residence on Langley Park General Manager, Arvind Kumar.
“We’ve created an offering that brings together design, service, and location in a way that suits the changing needs of our guests. Whether you’re relocating, travelling for work, or exploring the city, this is a place where you’ll feel truly welcome.”

Owner Tuan Sing Holdings Limited is focused on expanding and enhancing its hospitality portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region – strengthening established assets like the Grand Hyatt Melbourne while integrating new acquisitions such as Fraser Residences River Promenade in Singapore.
“This kind of integrated precinct is what modern travel is all about – seamless access to stay, shop, dine, and explore,” said Tuan Sing Holdings Limited Vice President, Lim Guan Kiang,
“We’ve designed Residence on Langley Park, along with Shoppe on Langley Park and 18 Terrace Road, to reflect the rhythm of Perth life – offering a connected, considered and enduring lifestyle experience for guests, workers, and the wider community alike.”
