Hilton Adelaide has officially changed hands with the transition to Amora Group ownership recognised at a signing ceremony on 16 June 2025.
The 377-room hotel, located in the heart of Adelaide’s city centre, will continue to operate under Hilton management until June 2026.

Key stakeholders including Chairwoman Amornrat Siriphatrawan and Directors Earp Siriphatrawan, Chatkaew Siriphatrawan, and Eye Siriphatrawan were in attendance, alongside Vice President of Operations Tamar Habib, Group Director of Business Development and Asset Management Narej Farik, and other members of the leadership team.
“This acquisition is a major milestone in our strategy to expand Amora’s presence in Australia’s key gateway cities,” said Earp Siriphatrawan.

“Adelaide’s dynamic events calendar, thriving business environment, and vibrant cultural scene make it an ideal location for Amora to grow and invest in.”
Amora has engaged Cottee Parker Architects to undertake a AU$60-million-dollar refurbishment of the property which will span guest rooms, dining venues, wellness areas, and event spaces.

The property includes conference and meeting rooms, two restaurants and bars, a business lounge, a tennis court, a state-of-the-art gym, and an outdoor swimming pool.
Amora Group Vice President of Operations, Tamar Habib, said the Adelaide expansion allows the group to bring Amora’s luxury offerings to a new market.

“With these renovations, we aim to create a destination that blends exceptional comfort, dining, and event spaces, making it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers,” he said.
Amora Group’s portfolio includes properties in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Bangkok.
