Deep beneath Auckland’s Queen Street, where time slows and the city’s pulse fades into the background, The Nightcar invites guests to indulge in its newest creation; the “Earth, Sea & Land” Limited-Edition Tasting Menu – an immersive culinary experience available for a limited time only.
For $85 per guest, this offering includes a three-course tasting menu spanning land, sea, and soil – each dish thoughtfully paired with a different bespoke cocktail, crafted to elevate and complement the bold, intricate flavours on the plate.
Developed by Head Chef Nam Tran under the vision of founder Daren Zhou, the Earth, Sea & Land menu draws on the pair’s deep culinary roots and boundary pushing ethos. Showcasing rich regional influences from North West China and Southeast Asia, the menu combines technical finesse with ingredient-driven storytelling.
Each course is paired with one of The Nightcar’s signature cocktails, specially curated to bring out the depth and contrast of each dish’s profile.
The Earth, Sea & Land tasting experience is available from July 11 until August 15, at 44 Queen Street, Auckland central – offering a fleeting indulgence designed for curious palates and lovers of modern gastronomy.
