Pan Pacific Hotels Group has attained Accessible Tourism Accreditation for all three of its Melbourne hotels.

The accreditation follows a rigorous assessment program evaluating Australian accommodations against high standards for physical and sensory accessibility, including Autism, vision and hearing support, as well as mobility.

Each of the three properties met or exceeded expectations across multiple tiers of accessibility.

“This initiative showcases our commitment to creating inclusive, thoughtful experiences for all guests, including older travellers and those who may require additional support,” said Pan Pacific Hotels Group Country General Manager, Oceania, David Tonkin.

“Each of these hotels brings something distinctive to the table, helping us serve the growing demand for accessible tourism in Australia.”

The three hotels vary in the unique experiences offered for travellers with accessibility requirements.

All three hotels are now listed on the Accessible Accommodation portal, Australia’s leading booking platform for verified mobility and sensory-accessible stays.

“This is exactly the type of commitment we want to see from leading hotel brands,” said The Accessible Group Founder and Director, Kerry Williams.

“Guests can now book with confidence, knowing that these properties deliver not just compliance, but genuine comfort and ease. Furthermore, their staff all completed our Inclusion Training Program, further reinforcing just how committed these excellent hotels are to achieve a genuinely inclusive experience.”
