JetPark Hotels has achieved a milestone in quality assurance, with all three of its properties now holding a Qualmark Gold 4 Star+ rating – New Zealand tourism’s official seal of excellence.

The latest recognition was awarded to JetPark Hamilton Airport Hotel & Conference Centre and JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, joining JetPark Rotorua, which already carried the same accolade.

The Qualmark Gold 4 Star+ standard signals that a property consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences, meets rigorous sustainability and safety criteria, and operates to a high level of service and innovation. The “+” denotes facilities and amenities that exceed the expectations of a standard 4-star property.

JetPark Hotels’ Liz Herrmann (Director/Owner) said the achievement was the result of dedication across the group.

“We’re incredibly proud to see all three of our properties recognised at this level, it reflects the hard work of our teams and our commitment to providing warm, genuine hospitality while maintaining a light environmental footprint.”

As a family-owned, independent operator, JetPark’s growth has been underpinned by a focus on guest care and local values. The group positions itself as a trusted accommodation partner for travellers – from those catching international flights out of Auckland to conference delegates in Hamilton and families holidaying in Rotorua.

For the hospitality sector, the Qualmark recognition reinforces JetPark’s standing as a reliable operator delivering consistently high standards across multiple regions.
