Hilton Sydney’s event capabilities were front and centre at a showcase last week that coincided with the hotel’s 50-year anniversary.
The 488 George Street hotel welcomed clients, media, stakeholders and buyers to experience a taste of its conferences, meetings and events under the theme of four natural elements – water, fire, ice and earth.
A four-piece brass band guided guests from Zeta Bar to the Grand Ballroom which showcased aerial silk performers, immersive audio-visual displays by Encore Technologies and interactive food stations, including an edible vegetable garden.
“The purpose of our Showcase is to ignite inspiration in the minds and hearts of our clients,” said Hilton Sydney General Manager, Malcolm Zancanaro.
“Being named the #1 Great Place to Work in Australia reflects the passion and dedication of our team.
“It’s their creativity and expertise that allows us to turn clients’ boldest ideas into reality – and this Showcase was a perfect demonstration of that capability.”
Hilton Sydney Director of Groups, Conferencing and Events, Flavia Lins, said the goal is to bridge the gap between client and supplier.
“By combining decades of experience with strong industry partnerships, we take pressure off clients and add real value to every event we host,” Lins said.
