New Zealand-based property management group Luminous Living, which launched in December, has added High Street Lofts to its growing portfolio.
The Auckland property features three spacious New-York style loft studio suites across three levels of a heritage building, with in-room laundries and fully-equipped kitchens
Premium amenities on offer include Chopard Swiss bathroom essentials, Rivolta Carmignani Italian linens, and GHD hair dryers.

Luminous on Anzac, announced in December 2024, is in its final stages of development with the boutique penthouse property set to open its doors in April 2025.
The Auckland CBD hotel features eight two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouses, complete with fully equipped kitchens, state-of-the-art appliances, spacious living areas, and an all-inclusive curated food and beverage experience.
