Accor’s new in-house F&B group Table For will open its first venues next month across two Sydney hotels.
In collaboration with The Maybe Group, Table For will introduce Bar Allora inside Mantra, 2 Bond Street in mid-November, followed by El Vista at Pullman Quay Grand Circular Quay later in the month.
The previously announced Flaminia at Pullman Quay Grand Circular Quay is slated to open in early December.
Inspired by the fast-paced rhythm of Milan, Bar Allora will offer a modern all-day Italian bar and restaurant in a design-led space that draws on Italian Futurism, with a neon-lit bar, high tables and striking feature walls.
Led by Chef Rosy Scatigna, Table For’s Culinary Director and Head Chef, Josh Donachie, the bold, flavour-filled menu “celebrates Milan’s post-war restaurant boom and the southern Italian immigrants who shaped its joyful, soulful approach to food”.
“Exactly 10 years after opening Maybe Frank, we wanted to bring back a 100% Italian experience,” said The Maybe Group Co-Founder and Director, Vince Lombardo.
“Bar Allora is about energy, culture and connection. Celebrating authentic Italian flavours with a joyful, modern twist. We’ve designed every detail to make it feel vibrant, welcoming, and unmistakably Italian.”

South American style and culture will be front and centre at El Vista, formerly Hacienda at Pullman Quay Grand Circular Quay.
The venue intends to transport guests to the golden era of 1960s Acapulco with Latin-inspired cocktails, crafted by the Maybe Sammy team, curated music and stylish interiors.
A menu designed by Giovanni Pilu will celebrate the bright, fresh flavours of Latin America.
“With El Vista, we wanted to create a bar that feels like stepping into a different world,” said The Maybe Group Co-Founder and Director, Stefano Catino.
“It’s about energy, elegance, and storytelling, from the music and cocktails to the atmosphere and design. Every visit is an escape, a chance to experience the glamour and rhythm of 1960s Acapulco right here in Sydney.”
Flaminia will mark Table For’s first restaurant opening, with the acclaimed team behind Pilu at Freshwater, Giovanni Pilu and Marilyn Annecchini, introducing a harbourside Italian restaurant that celebrates Australian seafood and the vibrant flavours of Italy’s coastal towns.
