Travel and Leisure Co. is expanding the Accor Vacation Club brand with the formation of a new Asia-based vacation club, following its acquisition of the brand’s licensing rights last year.
Novotel Bali Nusa Dua becomes the first property in Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific, allowing members to access apartments on site, with the option to exchange points via the ALL (Accor Live Limitless) platform.
The move aligns with Travel and Leisure Co.’s ambitious plans to launch new Accor Vacation Club products or clubs into new markets, including the Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye.

Travel and Leisure Co. President and Managing Director, International Operations, Barry Robinson, described the launch into Asia Pacific as “the next logical move”.
“We are excited to combine the upscale experiences synonymous with Accor’s brands with the most innovative features in the vacation ownership industry to date for the benefit of travellers in Asia and beyond,” Robinson said.
Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific will offer members a 20-year-term, a share of any net proceeds of property sales at the end of the club term, and a flexible fee payment structure for members who do not use the club in any given year.

“The launch of the first Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific resort marks an exciting stage in our growth strategy, supporting the continued growth of our franchised hotel network across Asia Pacific whilst aligning perfectly with our asset-light strategy,” said Accor MEA APAC – Premium, Midscale and Economy division CEO, Duncan O’Rourke.
“By monetising our existing business and leveraging the resources and expertise of Travel and Leisure, we are offering our customers even more innovative and rewarding experiences.”

Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, Accor Vacation Club Apartments features two- and three-bedroom apartments with separate living, dining and bedroom areas, a kitchenette and expansive terrace or balcony.
The Club includes a 1,500 square metre lagoon pool, kids’ pool, playground, fitness centre, bar, restaurant, day spa, kids’ club and meeting rooms, as well as an onsite beach club.
Travel and Leisure Co. currently serves more than 100,000 members and oversees more than 100 club resorts outside of North America with a total club asset portfolio in excess of US$1 billion.
The company also manages the vacation ownership interests for other well-known brands, including Club Wyndham, WorldMark, Margaritaville Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts.
